All Customer Data was lost when MaxiSys updates were uninstall

I am a user of MaxiSys Pro and I would like to inform all other users that yesterday I uninstall the updates of MaxiSys from "Settings->Apps" and I lost all of my Customer Data and Workshop Info. Vehicle History was there. So, be careful and keep a backup if you want to keep records of your customers.
Support@Autel, can you please let us know that these info are stored in which directory because I have an old backup. My suggestion is to keep all such data as it is while uninstalling the updates. -

You want to backup customer data only, or all old information? You can copy/replace the whole SCAN folder to the tool. -

I want only Customer Data. So, please specify the specific subfolder in the SCAN folder. Thanks. -
